The Specialized Diverge Expert (2019) is a versatile and lightweight gravel bike built to excel on any terrain, from smooth roads to rough off-road trails. The bike features a carbon frame and fork designed for a responsive, comfortable ride, and Roval C38 carbon wheels that deliver excellent speed and handling. Equipped with a reliable Sram Rival 12-speed drivetrain and Sram Rival hydraulic disc brakes, this bike ensures smooth shifting and confident stopping power in all conditions. The Praxis M30 Carbon crankset with a 42T chainring provides solid performance, while the Goodyear Connector Ultimate tires offer exceptional grip on loose surfaces.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Returns / Exchanges

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
