It has a 500 watt battery and a 45Nm Vinka rear hub motor with 5 assisted modes and a maximum speed of 32kph. The MTe Comes with a 10-speed drivetrain, hydraulic disc brakes and a 100mm air suspension fork for incredible control and comfort, regardless of if you’re heading up a climb or down a thrilling descent. With a range of up to 100km, depending on factors such as terrain, route profile, cyclist weight and mode used, your adventure is about to get powered up like never before!

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
