The Rail+ 9.7 is a carbon enduro e-MTB built for your biggest adventures. Its rugged OCLV Mountain Carbon frame delivers 160 mm front and rear travel from a RockShox Zeb Select fork and Super Deluxe Select+ RT shock, making rowdy lines and root lattices a walk in the park. You get a Shimano XT/SLX drivetrain for 12-speed shifting you can count on, SRAM DB 8 4-piston brakes, a Bontrager Line dropper post and Bontrager Line TLR tubeless-ready wheels for rolling into anything.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
