The X-SYNC 2™ Eagle chainring is radically new. SRAM’s engineers studied the performance and wear of thousands of X-SYNC™ chainrings. Chainrings of every size were subjected to every conceivable stress, both in the test lab and off-road. The goal was a chainring that increases the performance of the Eagle groupset under all operating conditions. The result: the chainring teeth are longer and shaped like a saw blade to perfectly engage the Eagle chain. The new chainring thus increases chain tension and efficiency when pedalling. At the same time, friction, chain noise and wear are reduced. In addition, with the ” polar grey” variant, a chainring version in the new AXS design is now also available.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Returns / Exchanges

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
