The Oakley DRT5 Maven I.C.E MIPS helmet is the latest generation of the DRT5 and gives you exactly the performance and comfort you need to hit the trails. The DRT5 Maven has been completely redesigned to offer even more protection, better ventilation, a fully adjustable fit and a shell in a new design for a minimalist look. Optics are in Oakley’s DNA, so the DRT5 Maven seamlessly pairs with eyewear and goggles. The built-in goggles parking position and 4-position adjustable visor give you the best flexibility for on-the-go storage. On difficult terrain, the DRT5 Maven is ready for any challenge. For added security, a twICEme® Medical ID NFC chip is located on the back of the helmet. It stores your important medical data and emergency contacts in the helmet, so first responders have the information they need right at their fingertips in an emergency.

Features of the Oakley DRT5 Maven I.C.E MIPS MTB Helmet

FIT: BOA 360° fit system with adjustable dial provides a custom, secure fit.
LIGHTWEIGHT: The DRT5 Maven helmet weighs 60 grams less than the previous DRT5, making it lighter than ever.
PROTECTION: The Mips® protection system is a low-friction protective layer integrated into the helmet that reduces head rotational movements. It protects against dangerous forces that could otherwise act on the rider’s head.
VENTILATION: The DRT5 Maven has 19 ventilation openings, including new openings on the front and top, which significantly increase air circulation and breathability.
WEARING COMFORT: The DRT5 Maven is equipped with an innovative forehead pad with a sweat catcher and classic textile padding on the top of the helmet. The silicone gel sweat catcher catches and wicks sweat away from your forehead to keep your goggles streak-free. The textile padding provides additional contact points for greater wearing comfort.
SECURITY: The helmet’s back has a twICEme® Medical ID NFC chip. This chip stores your important medical data and emergency contacts in the helmet, so first responders have the necessary information immediately at hand in an emergency.
LINING: The Ionic+™ antimicrobial lining is activated by sweat for a fresh feel and odour control.
GLASS STORAGE: Front vents provide a secure way for riders to store their glasses. Unobtainium® goggle temples hold goggles in place, and the back of the helmet features a second goggle retention device – a feature unique to the DRT5 Maven.
GOGGLE INTEGRATION: The four-point adjustable visor protects against sun and debris while providing a safe place to store your eyewear. The DRT5 Maven is designed to match our Airbrake MTB goggles for a seamless feel:
DESIGN: The DRT5 Maven features a trademark Iridium® coating that mirrors the Prizm™ lens colors of Oakley eyewear. Each color of the brand mark matches the color of the helmet, highlighting Oakley’s eyewear heritage.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Returns / Exchanges

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
