Compatibility: This specific low-viscosity formula is exclusively designed for the XTR M9200/M9220 series and Deore XT M8200/M8220 brakes from model year 2025.

Performance: The oil’s low viscosity improves brake performance across a wide range of temperatures, helps maintain a consistent pressure point, and accelerates component response, which is crucial for high-intensity use like enduro and XC applications.

Warning: Do not mix this low viscosity oil with conventional (standard) Shimano mineral oil or any other brand of mineral oil, as this will destroy the seals and compromise performance and safety.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
