Recover is an Optimised Rapid Recovery Drink specifically aimed at after exercise recovery. It can also be combined with Endurance Energy Drink for use during ultra endurance events, as a regular protein shake or in smoothies as a protein souce. It can be mixed with water or milk depending application and your preferences.

No Chemical Additives:

Directions – Recovery:
Mix 6 heaped scoops (80g) in 600ml water and shake vigorously. Consume immediately after exercise. Concentration can be varied to taste.  (Sachet –  Mix 80g sachet in 600ml water). Can also be mixed with milk, rice milk or other milk alternative depending on dietary and taste preference.

Directions – During exercise and daily diet:
Recover can be used as an additional protein containing energy source during ultra-endurance events. Make a highly concentrated mix in an Enduren 115ml Gel Flask with a thick batter like consistency. Aim to use 1 to 2 scoops per hour in addition to Enduren Endurance Energy Drink. You can also add one scoop of Recover to your bottle of Endurance Drink Mix for ultra-endurance events. It can also be used as a regular protein shake or snack or in smoothies.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
