The cSixx E-Ring is proudly designed, refined and manufactured in our machine shop in Cape Town. CNC machines offer near-perfect accuracy which is why we chose this manufacturing process for our chainrings. 

The E-Ring offers structural superiority and higher levels of precision. We have designed the E-Ring teeth to be replaceable. Replaceable teeth allow for cost-effective maintenance and trying out different chainring sizes. 

(Changing the teeth is not a mid-ride option and we recommend having your local bike shop assist you.)

The E-Ring Teeth are made from the hardest-wearing aluminium – 7 Series aluminium. The E-Ring Carrier is made from 6 Series aluminium and there are different offsets available. 

(If you have a chipped E-Bike, a wider offset can help with more clearance for a bigger tooth count )

The overall result is a stronger, quieter, more efficient and longer-lasting e-ring and carrier to keep you rolling.

Updated with Mud-release channels and compatible with 12-speed and T-Top.

Please note that Custom colours can take up to 5 days to process and are not returnable. Only the teeth colours are customisable and not the carrier.

Delivery charges:

*Heavy/Large Items include: All Bicycles, Indoor Trainers, Bike racks and stands.

For International Deliveries, a quote will be arranged. Please get in touch with us to discuss further.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.

BSC supplies a selection of premium products, each with particular warranties and guarantees. Please remember to register your product and take note of the warranties offered.
