The Shale is our take on a modern enduro machine—capable, confident, and ready for whatever the trail throws at it. Sharing the same proven suspension platform as our Link E-bike, it’s built for riders who want a bike that feels stable at speed, efficient on the climbs, and controlled in the rough. Its progressive geometry strikes a balance between confidence and agility, with a slack head angle that keeps things steady on steep descents, a steep seat tube that positions you efficiently for climbing, and a moderately low bottom bracket that helps the bike feel planted without losing responsiveness.

A flip chip allows you to switch between a mullet or full 29” setup, letting you fine-tune the ride to match your style. The progressive suspension design ensures small bump sensitivity while still providing the support needed for hard hits and big landings. Standard-size sealed bearings throughout make maintenance straightforward, so you can spend more time riding and less time in the workshop.

Each frameset includes a RockShox Super Deluxe Shock, FSA headset, thru-axle, chainstay protector, and hanger.

All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.

For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.

Return requests will be approved at the discretion of The Bicycle Service Company (BSC).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after 30 days. See Warranty info.

Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging you received them in and include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.
